Added page to the Art tabs for Fractal Pictures I have created either with Fraqtive or by painting or drawing. Also added a page for geometry based art.

I added a new page, "Base 2 to 10" to the Numbers page as a drop down link, and updated the section in Numbers about 1/7 and the Eneagram.
